Eye color: Black. Eye shape: Medium-sized and slanted. Height: 7'-0", thought it is hunched over to the height of 6'-0". Skin color: Sickly gray-green (like a rotting corpse). Skin texture: Like rotted flesh, though intact. Posture: Biped. Weight: 240 lbs.
Description - : This creature appears as a bent humanoid with long arms. At the end of each finger is fixed a lengthy, serrated talon-like claw. A wild gleem in its dark eyes betrays the insanity of this undead to all who encounter it.
Dislikes ----- : Holy Crest. When you challenges Marruix with a holy crest, you must pit your Mental-Strength vs. Mental-strength (race to 3). If you win, Marruix will flee for 24 hours. If it cannot flee, it will fight with a pentalty of -15 to both Defense and Offense, and -1 claw attack. If a Holy Crest is raised, and the holder fails the Mental-Strength duel against Marruix, Marruix will break into a frenzy, gaining additional attacks as follows:

+3 Movement
- This frenzy will last for 1-D4 turns, and Marruix will solely focus on destroying the one who attempted to drive it away with the Holy Symbol.
- Raising a Holy Crest can only be attempted on a Ghoul 1 time per 24 hour period.
Disposition - : Unlike most other Ghouls, Marruix is not mindless. Marruix will have a 50% chance of having 1-D8 Gravestone Ghouls and 1-D8 Vestige Ghouls as Thrall Servants. These servants will be the preemtive strike against Maurrix's victims before Maurrix engages. Even though Marruix is insane, it is not a fool. It will attempt to distract and weaken its quarry before attacking. Marruix patiently assaults its intended victims --- always.
Fears -------- : Holy Warrior. If Maurrix encounters a Holy Warrior, it will either attempt to destroy him or her, or not engage (discretion of the Game Master).
Habitat ------ : Forested Mountain Tomb.
Immunities - : ONLY physically damaging abilities, spells (and magical and enchanted weapons can effect and harm this undead).
Life-span --- : Undying (this creature's existence never fades), but it can be slain.

Ghoul Thrall: Marruix can raise any type of unnamed Ghoul once per fortnight (two weeks), but needs the body of a deceased creature to do so. The power of a Ghould raised will depend upon the type of creature it is. All stats and powers of the raised Ghoul will be up to the discretion of the Game Master.
